For our Spring Demo-Dinner, we will discuss seasonally available produce and demonstrate how to make delicious and versatile vinaigrettes, homemade pasta, and spring pesto. The demonstration will be followed by a four-course meal prepared with local, organic produce.

Mariah McPherson

Mariah began her culinary education at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. She has worked as a personal chef in Boulder, and has also volunteered at local farms and cooking establishments. She is a certified Master Urban Gardener and enjoys working her plot in the Hawthorne Garden in North Boulder with her puppy.

Leah Biber

Leah has worked for awesome Boulder foodies, including gluten-free cook book author Elana Amsterdam and Beckie Hemmerling, owner of The Organic Dish. She currently works full time at Isabelle Farm in Lafayette.

Jaimie Armstrong

Jaimie Armstrong has worked with a Farm to School program in Buffalo, New York and on the Black Cat Farm in Boulder. In addition to daily experimentation in her own kitchen and garden she has experience working in a cafe and in catering. She has a weakness for tasty food and likes to design logos.

    • No Food Waste: We do our best to minimize food waste. Leftover food is eaten by hungry Aprons, donated, or composted.
    • Smart Purchasing: We strive to choose food vendors that produce high-quality, environmentally friendly products. These types of vendors include local farmers, organic producers, and producers of eco-friendly items such as compostable containers, plates, cups, and cutlery.
    • The Little Things Add Up: We bring our own bags to the grocery store, and re-use plastic bags whenever possible.
    • Cooking for a Cause: We support awesome people who are doing great things for the community. We have donated our talents to Slow Food Boulder as well as the SAME Cafe in Denver.

    Three Aprons is excited to announce its second annual Vagabond Valentine's! Join us for a weekend of backcountry fun at the beautiful Vagabond Ranch, just outside of Granby, Colorado. Activities include backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, hot-tubbing, and most importantly, eating! Three Aprons will be catering all of your meals.
